Cinnamon Tahini Coconut Bliss Balls
A fantastic alternative to chocolate, the avours in this recipe are beautifully balanced between the sesame and cinnamon.
- 14 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup hulled tahini
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 11⁄2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch Himalayan crystal or Celtic sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup extra sesame seeds for rolling
- Place all ingredients (except extra sesame seeds) in the food processor. Mix until dates and sultanas have completely broken down and the mixture clumps.
